It is a cold-rolled continuous hot-dip galvanized steel sheet and strip with thickness of 0.25~2.5mm. The strip first burns the residual oil on the surface through a preheater heated by flame, and at the same time forms iron oxide film on the surface. Then it is heated to 710~920 C in a reduction annealing furnace containing H2 and N2 mixed gases, so that the iron oxide film can be reduced to sponge iron, and the surface activated and purified strip steel can be cooled to a temperature slightly higher than that of molten zinc. The thickness of zinc layer is controlled by air knife in a zinc pot at 450 ~ 460 C. Finally, chromate solution passivation was used to improve the white rust resistance. The surface of the steel plate is beautiful, with block or leaf-like crystallization pattern, and the coating is firm, with excellent atmospheric corrosion resistance. At the same time, the steel plate has good welding performance and cold forming performance. Compared with the surface of galvanized sheet, its coating is thicker, and is mainly used for wrenching parts requiring strong corrosion resistance.
With galvanized strip steel (hot-dip galvanized) as the base plate, after surface pretreatment (degreasing and chemical treatment), roll coating method, coated with one or more layers of liquid paint, the plate obtained by baking and cooling is the coated steel plate. There are back (primer) paint and front (front) paint coatings in China. Generally, there is one layer of back paint in China, two layers of top paint, and two layers of back paint in foreign business.
