From January To March, The Industrial Output Of China’s Steel Industry Increased By 5.9%

According to the announcement of China’s National Bureau of Statistics NBS, from January to March this year, the added value and output value of China’s ferrous metal smelting and manufacturing industry increased by 5.9% year-on-year, and in March alone, the industrial added value and output value of China’s ferrous metal smelting and manufacturing industry increased by 6% month-on-month.

At the same time, in the first three months of this year, the total output value of China’s industrial added value increased by 3% year-on-year, and the total industrial added value in March alone increased by 3.9% year-on-year and 0.12% month-on-month. It is worth noting that in March this year, the value added of 26 of China’s 41 industrial sectors increased year-on-year, of which the output of mining and manufacturing increased by 0.9% and 4.2% respectively.
