Features: Hot dip galvanized steel features excellent forming properties, paintability, weldability, and is suitable for fabrication by forming, pressing and bending. It is also Environmental Friendly resource because of its longevity in corrosion protection, low environmental cost, and 100% recyclability.
DS sheet is produced from killed steel employing special steel making practices. It can be produced using restricted low-carbon steels or interstitial-free steels depending on the application requirement and the producing facility. It has forming characteristics superior to CS and FS sheet. These characteristics make it excellent for applications involving deep drawing or combinations of drawing and stretching.
DS sheet is non-aging. DS sheet is recommended for use when improved drawability is required and the effects of aging (slight hardening, loss of ductility, and strain lines) are undesirable or roller-leveling equipment is not available. Coated sheet of this quality is characterized by excellent uniformity and exceptional formability
