The dumping investigation period in this case is from October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023, and the injury investigation period is from October 1, 2019 to September 30, 2023. The Australian customs codes for the products involved are 7216.31.030, 7216.32.031, 7216.33.032, 7216.40.0033, 7228.70.0011, and 7228.70.0012. The Australian Anti Dumping Commission is expected to complete the basic factual report of the investigation in this case no later than March 11, 2024, and submit the final determination report to the Australian Minister of Industry and Technology no later than April 25, 2024. The enterprises involved do not include FengHsinSteelCo. in Taiwan, China, China, Ltd (FengHsin), TSSteelCo, Ltd (TSSteel) and TungHoSteelEnterprise Corporation.

On November 5, 2019, the Australian Anti dumping Committee issued Announcement 2019/126, deciding to extend the current anti-dumping measures for the products involved in the case in Japan, South Korea, Thailand and Taiwan, China (except FengHsinSteelCo., Ltd. and TungHoSteelEnterprise Corporation) from November 20, 2019.
