Appliances of Galvanized Sheet

Hot-dip galvanized sheet is mainly used in building exterior, building interior, civil, doors and windows, furniture, machinery, electronics and household appliances and other fields. There are also cases that use this, but the hot-dip galvanized sheet does not emit radiation. The board on the back of air conditioners, refrigerators, microwave ovens and similar appliances is hot-dip galvanized.

Electro-galvanization is mainly used in the fields of automobiles, electronic furniture, hardware appliances, decoration and construction, and home appliances. Most household cabinets use this, because the process of electroplating and hot-dipping is different, so electro-galvanizing has the function of radiation protection. Household appliances are used more.

Detailed introduction of zinc-aluminum-magnesium coated steel sheet, performance comparison between pure zinc, aluminum-zinc and zinc-aluminum-magnesium

Part 1: The definition and historical origin of zinc, aluminum and magnesium Definition: Zinc, aluminum and magnesium is an alloy metal, mainly used for surface anti-corrosion treatment of steel and steel products, including various zinc series coatings and a large number of whole steel parts immersion anti-corrosion; initially used as steel The metal used for the surface anticorrosion treatment of the product is pure zinc. With the improvement of technology, alloy metals such as aluminum-zinc alloy and zinc-aluminum-magnesium alloy have appeared one after another, which increases the corrosion resistance of the metal layer. Origin: It was originally developed and mass-produced...

What is the difference between cold rolled steel coil and galvanized steel coil?

The cold rolled steel coil is the one made by cold rolled machine, and people call it as chill coils. Practically, the steel coils which are made and processed by cold rolling are called cold rolled steel coils. The cold rolled steel coils are the materials of theย galvanized steel coils. And then it is processed by the alkaline wash, anneal, galvanization and unknit. Sometimes, people call it as cold rolling galvanized steel coil.  The galvanized steel coil is shorted as GI. The different galvanized process modes make their surfacesโ€™ situations to be different, such as the common spangles, the big spangles,...

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PPGI AND PPGL STEEL SHEET IN COIL

Before we start discussing the difference between the two, itโ€™s important you know what the terms โ€œPPGIโ€ and โ€œPPGLโ€ expand to. PPGI, which refers to Pre-painted galvanized iron steel. While PPGL stands for Pre-painted galvalume steel. Both of these steel variants are also known by the name of color coated steel in the industry. So, whatโ€™s the difference betweenย PPGI Steel Coilย andย PPGL Steelย Coil? Below we will show you an answer. The primary difference between the two types ofย steel coilย is in the coating applied to each variant.ย PPGIย orย pre-painted galvanized iron steel coilย is evenly covered with a layer of zinc. The zinc coating provides...

What is the difference between galvanized and galvanized aluminum-magnesium?

1. Definition 1. Galvalume: The hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is a cold-rolled steel sheet as the base material, and the coated steel sheet is obtained by hot-dip aluminum-zinc alloy coating on both sides. The mass percentage of the alloy composition of the coating is 55% Al, 43.5% Zn and 1.5% Si. 2. Galvanized aluminum magnesium: In the hot-dip galvanizing production line, the pre-treated steel strip is immersed in the molten zinc solution containing aluminum and magnesium to obtain the coating. The alloy coating composition has the following proportions: โ‘ The magnesium content is 1.0~2.0%, and the aluminum content is 0.8~3.0% โ‘กThe...

What is the advantage of Pre-painted Galvalume steel coil?

PPGL is the abbreviation of Pre-painted galvalume typically with a hot dip Al-zinc coated steel substrate. It is made from the base metal cold rolled steel coil then undergone the process of coating an alloy of aluminium and zinc with the usual rate of 55% Al, 43.5% Zn,1.5% Si and painted with various painting types according to customersโ€™ tastes. Rely on its excellence performance,ย pre-painted galvalume steel coilย has been widely applied in building, sandwich panels, metal roofing, light industry, and other areas. As the fact that its different applications in many environment conditions, the choice of appropriate PPGL should be paid...
